Welcome to HomeGeek.ae (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Website and the home improvement services offered by HomeGeek Solutions LLC (“HomeGeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.


1. Definitions

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” means any person or business using the Website or services.

  • “Services” refers to home improvement services offered by HomeGeek, including artificial grass installation, curtain installation, flooring installation, and related services.

  • “Order” or “Booking” means a confirmed service request accepted by HomeGeek.

  • “Content” refers to text, images, graphics, and materials on the Website.


2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to contract under UAE law.

  • You agree to use the Website in compliance with UAE regulations and not for any unlawful activity.

  • You must provide accurate, current information when submitting forms or booking services.


3. Services, Orders & Quotations

  • Details of each service will be shared during consultation or via quotation.

  • Quotations are valid only for the period stated at the time of issue.

  • Orders become valid once you approve the quotation and, where applicable, provide an advance payment.

  • HomeGeek may decline or cancel orders due to safety issues, access limitations, material unavailability, or other operational constraints.


4. Payments, Deposits & Advance

  • Payment terms are specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.

  • All advance payments and refund conditions will follow the agreement made directly with the customer at the time of booking.

  • You agree to make payments within the agreed time to avoid delays.

  • Prices may be subject to 5 percent UAE VAT, depending on the service.


5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements or allow HomeGeek to measure during a site visit.

  • Approve materials (color, fabric, texture, grass type, flooring finish) before processing.

  • Ensure proper access to the installation site.

  • Prepare the area (removing furniture or obstacles) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Report any workmanship issues within the warranty period.


6. HomeGeek Responsibilities

HomeGeek agrees to:

  • Deliver services with skill, care, and adherence to UAE quality standards.

  • Provide installation teams or contractors trained for the required service.

  • Communicate any delays or material issues promptly.

  • Provide warranty on installation and assist in material warranty claims where applicable.


7. Warranty & Limitations

  • HomeGeek provides workmanship warranty based on the type of service.

  • Material warranty is provided by the supplier or manufacturer.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, environmental damage, modifications by third parties, or general wear and tear.

  • Claims must be submitted during the warranty period with supporting photos or videos.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Website content is owned by HomeGeek Solutions LLC or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.


9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the service type.

  • Custom or made-to-order products (curtains, blinds, cut flooring, artificial grass) may not be eligible for a refund after processing.

  • All refunds and deposit return conditions will be based on the agreement between HomeGeek and the customer made during the booking.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated to the customer.


10. Liability

  • HomeGeek is not liable for pre-existing damage at your property.

  • HomeGeek is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, transportation, weather, or customer inaccessibility.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

  • HomeGeek is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.


11. Photography & Marketing Consent

  • HomeGeek may take before-and-after photos for portfolio or marketing use.

  • No personal details or identifiable location information will be shown.

  • Customers may opt out by notifying us before installation.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data will be collected and used only for:

  • Processing service requests

  • Communication related to your order

  • After-sales support

  • Internal service improvement

Data will not be shared or sold to third parties.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • HomeGeek may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms take effect immediately once published on this page.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
