**Service Agreement

HomeGeek Solutions LLC**

This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which HomeGeek Solutions LLC (“HomeGeek”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) provides home improvement services across the United Arab Emirates. By booking or using any of our services, the customer (“you”, “your”, “the Client”) agrees to the following terms.


1. Scope of Services

HomeGeek offers supply and installation services including, but not limited to:

  • Artificial grass installation

  • Curtain and blinds installation

  • Flooring and carpet installation

  • Related home improvement and maintenance services

The exact scope of work will be detailed in the quotation provided to the customer.


2. Booking & Quotation

  • Bookings may be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

  • A free site visit may be required to take measurements and assess the work.

  • Quotations are issued based on the site assessment and remain valid for a limited period specified in the quotation.

  • Work begins only after written approval and confirmation from the customer.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on materials, measurements, labor, and service requirements.

  • All payments must follow UAE VAT regulations where applicable.

  • Advance payments, deposits, and refunds will follow the policy agreed with the customer at the time of booking.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid delays in order processing or installation.


4. Installation Terms

  • Installation will be carried out during standard working hours unless otherwise agreed.

  • The customer must provide access to the property and ensure that the installation area is clear and safe.

  • Timelines and delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and project conditions.

  • Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.


5. Warranty & Guarantee

HomeGeek provides:

  • A workmanship warranty on installation services (duration varies by service type).

  • Material warranty as provided by the manufacturer or supplier where applicable.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Customer mishandling

  • Improper maintenance

  • Modifications or damage caused after installation

  • Normal wear and tear

All warranty-related claims must be reported to HomeGeek with supporting details.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and project information during consultation

  • Ensure site access at the scheduled time

  • Approve material selection (color, texture, size) before ordering

  • Protect personal belongings before installation

  • Review and confirm the final quotation before work begins


7. HomeGeek Responsibilities

HomeGeek agrees to:

  • Provide skilled technicians and professional installation

  • Deliver materials and services as per the approved quotation

  • Maintain communication regarding project progress or delays

  • Follow UAE safety, compliance, and customer service standards


8. Variations & Additional Work

  • Any change to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing.

  • Additional materials, labor, or services will incur separate charges.

  • Price adjustments may apply if measurements or material requirements change after order confirmation.


9. Cancellation, Refunds & Advance Payment Policy

  • Cancellation terms will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Custom-made products (such as tailored curtains or cut flooring/artificial grass) may not be eligible for refunds once processed.

  • All refunds and advance payment conditions will follow the agreement made directly between HomeGeek and the customer at the time of booking.

  • Refund timelines will be communicated upon approval of the cancellation request.


10. Damage & Liability

  • HomeGeek is not responsible for pre-existing damage at the project site.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

  • HomeGeek is not liable for indirect losses, property damage caused by external factors, or delays outside our control.


11. Photography & Marketing Consent

  • HomeGeek may take before-and-after photos of completed projects for portfolio or marketing use.

  • No personal details or address information will be shared.

  • Customers may opt out by informing us in writing before installation begins.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information will be used only for service coordination, support, and communication.

  • Personal data is never shared or sold to third parties.

  • Communication may occur via phone, email, or WhatsApp as agreed.


13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any service-related concerns should first be reported to HomeGeek customer support.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed under UAE law.

  • Jurisdiction will be under the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


14. Acceptance of Agreement

By booking, confirming, or using any HomeGeek service, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms stated in this Service Agreement.
